At Katana Empire, we take pride in offering high-quality handcrafted products. As a result, delivery times can differ based on the ordered item.
Expected Shipping Times:
- 3-15 business days for our in-house Katana Empire collection (depending on the complexity of the design).
- 5-20 business days for customized katanas.
Expected Delivery Times:
- Typically between 7 and 21 business days.
Once your order is delivered to your address, ownership and responsibility for the product are passed to you. From that point forward, any risks associated with the goods become your responsibility.
All orders are shipped to the address entered during checkout. Katana Empire cannot be held liable for incorrect addresses provided by customers. Should a delivery need to be redirected due to an error in the address, additional shipping charges may apply.
Inspection and Reporting Issues:
Upon receiving your order, it’s important to carefully examine both the packaging and the items inside to ensure there’s no visible damage and that the contents match your order. If any issues are noticed — such as damage or incorrect quantities — please report them to the carrier immediately and also inform us within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order by contacting:

Be sure to include your order number and relevant details to help us resolve the matter quickly.
If no claims are made within the 14-day window, the delivery will be considered complete, and the product will be deemed free of defects and accurate in quantity.
Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout and confirmed via email. Please note that for shipments within the United Kingdom, delivery may take anywhere between 10 and 60 days, depending on various factors.
Special Delivery Instructions:
If you choose to have your order left at a specific location (e.g., doorstep or with a neighbor), Katana Empire will not be responsible for any theft, loss, or damage that occurs after the item is left at the designated location.
Handling Delays:
If your order is delayed beyond the anticipated timeframe, please reach out to our customer service team, allowing us time to investigate and resolve the issue. If the delay is not due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), and we fail to deliver within a reasonable extension, you may choose to cancel your order by notifying us. Upon cancellation, you will receive a full refund within fourteen (14) days.
Refund Conditions:
Any order paid for using a voucher, discount code, or promotional offer will be refunded, where applicable, in the form of a similar voucher or credit, taking the original discount into account. Read more about our Refund Policy.
Origin of shipment:
All orders placed on our site are processed by our partner artisan workshops located in Asia. The products are then dispatched directly from these workshops to the delivery address indicated when the order was placed. Depending on the country of destination, parcels may pass through several logistics hubs, including but not limited to South Korea, Malaysia, or other countries, before arriving in the country of destination. Whilst we endeavour to ensure optimum delivery times, please be aware that these international journeys may result in additional delays beyond our control, as well as customs inspection.
