Blue Katana: design and finishes

This magnificent Blue Katana embodies the quintessence of elegance with its two-tone blue and gray 1045 steel blade, meticulously honed and sharp on demand. It features a rare and unique wave-shaped Hamon with a striking rendering. The blue lacquered wooden scabbard, like its sageo, harmoniously completes the dominant hue of the whole.

The guard (Tsuba) of this blue katana is black and made of iron. It has a rounded, hollowed-out shape. The brass Habaki is elegantly engraved. The white PU samegawa handle is covered with Tsuka-ITO, woven in a diamond pattern that offers a comfortable grip and matches the scabbard, blue blade and sageo.

With a total length of 105 cm, this 1.4 kg blue Japanese sword is expertly balanced and perfectly suited to cutting.
