Bleach characters’ Katana Swords
In the Bleach anime, sword fights are often an opportunity to discover the Shinigami’s Bankai, and thus the transformation of their katana swords.
The most memorable sword is undoubtedly the one used by the main character Ichigo and his sword, who became the hero of the manga after receiving his powers from Rukia, who was trying to save his family from the Arrancar.
Speaking of Rukia Kuchiki, she’s the one who gave Ichigo his powers and she’s the captain of the 13th Division. Rukia’s Zanpakuto gives her the power to lower temperatures to 0°C, and the white color of her katana sword is reminiscent of her abilities.
Another mysterious character is Kûgo Ginjô. He stands out from the crowd because, unlike most of the characters, he fights with a medieval sword. Known as the leader of the Xcution organization, Kûgo’s sword has withstood battle with Ichigo himself.
Another Bleach fan favorite is Sosuke Aizen. Don’t be fooled by the mere appearance of his Kyoka Suigetsu sword, as he can hypnotize you without you being able to do anything about it. What is a Bankai Sword in Bleach?
Bankai, also known as Final Release, is the second and final release stage of a Zanpakutō. Before Ichibē Hyōsube gave it the name Bankai, this form was previously referred to as Shin’Uchi, meaning True Strike. The katana sword then changes color and shape.
